Gisual Web Tool Training Guide

Gisual's Web Tool is a one-stop-shop solution to diagnose commercial power outages with automation.

Instruction: In this guide you’ll learn how to diagnose if an alarm is caused by a power outage using the Gisual Web Tool.

Sign into the Web Tool via the Website: https://app.gisual.com/

1. Go to the List View

2. Click Diagnose Alarm

3. Fill out the form with either the coordinates (latitude or longitude), address or if you’re assets are imported the asset name (CLLI code etc) and click Save.

4. Gisual’s correlation engine will validate the power status of the location. If Power’s Out Gisual will return Power Outage intelligence on average within 3 minutes. If Power’s On, Gisual will return a Power On status at the 15-minute mark after multiple validation steps.

When Power’s Out you’ll receive a notification and when power turns back on you’ll receive another notification.
