Search outage intelligence by customer addresses

Here's an easy way to search for outages by addresses.

Customer care wanted an easy way to verify a customer was experiencing a commercial power outage.

We would hear things like:

• As a customer care specialist, I want to quickly troubleshoot outage issues with customers so that I can keep customers satisfied and reduce wait times.
• As a network operations tech, I want to plug an address into one place and see all the outages that are happening from all of our 3rd party dependencies.

We listened, and now Gisual users can search for outage intelligence using addresses!

Step 1: Type in the address or side street that outage is on and press "enter" or click on the address

Step 2: You will be zoom to a black flag, click on the black flag to open the sidebar

Step 3: Click "Save Changes" to validate the power status, you will see a grey pin if you'll done this successfully

Step 4: Refresh the page to see the power status
